The gloss black and gunmetal Omni S1 Pro from Eufy is one of most impressive robot vacuums and mop combinations available. It makes use of lidar to navigate making maps of rooms and floors.
The S1 was capable of mapping my downstairs quickly, which includes linoleum in the dining area, kitchen and bathrooms and a medium-pile and a large rug. It was capable of driving up to walls and even over thresholds that are raised without issue. However, it had some difficulty traversing the stairs in one go. The S1 performed admirably in cleaning hard floors. Its mop drove smoothly on its flat side and lifted itself when it reached carpets or carpets.
Before each mopping session, the docking station on the S1 automatically emptys its trash bin and refills the water tank with clean filtered ozonated water. The dock adds a deep-cleaning solution to the water. The S1's water tank can hold enough water for around 12 cleaning sessions before it needs to be cleaned, although this will vary depending on how much you use the mop.
Like all 2-in-1 robots the S1 requires periodic maintenance to ensure it is operating efficiently. In order to do this, you'll have to clean the dirty water tank occasionally to keep it from becoming clogged. Also, you'll need to clean your sensors and swivel wheel regularly to avoid them becoming clogged up with dust or dirt. However, overall the S1 is simple to maintain, especially compared to other combinations that require more care.

The mopping feature is pretty good as well, with two spinning mop pads that actually lift and scrub the floors, instead of just dragging the pad over it. The X40 Ultra does an excellent job of vacuuming, removing large and small particles from both hard floors and carpets. It cleaned the dirtiest places of our tests efficiently while avoiding pet hairs and other dirt. The sweeping power is enhanced by an additional side brush that automatically extends to reach hard-to-reach corners, and an extending mop pad that deploys alongside baseboards.

4. Roomba Q5 pro
Robot vacuums are fantastic at removing dirt and debris but they're not able to get every speck of dust. This is why it's important to make use of your regular vacuum once every week, particularly to pick up dust in corners, on shelves and in the crevices of your couch. Roborock's Q5 Pro is a 2-in-1 vacuum and mop designed specifically for this purpose. It is simple to connect it to your WiFI network at home and also works with Alexa or Apple Siri.
The Q5 is an unadorned version of the company's more expensive S-series models. It includes the top-of-the-line Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra. It uses the same LIDAR mapping sensors, however it's less expensive because it doesn't come with mopping capabilities and has an aluminum body.
Despite losing the ability to clean your floors, the Q5 offers the most impressive mopping and vacuum performance we've seen on a robot at this price. It has a powerful suction of 5500Pa and an automatic-empty system so you don't need to empty the bin manually each time. It has a smart app which allows you to schedule cleaning times and determine the floor type. It also comes with an automatic water tank filling and washing system for hands-free operation.
Its mops are also impressive, with 2700Pa of power to tackle dust, dirt, and pet hair on both carpets and hard floors. The Q5 is one of the few robots we test that didn't have problems with carpets with high piles or area rugs, but it couldn't remove kitty litter or cable tangles that's not a surprise given that it doesn't have AI-powered obstacle avoidance.
